“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”- John C. Maxwell These words remind me of Aswini Sir. I still remember the first day when I met Aswini Sir. He walked into the room and everyone in the room was spellbound when they saw the amount of knowledge he holds. It was in year 2014 when I saw him for the first time. In the year 2017, I decided to pursue CFA and the moment I thought about it, the first name which striked my mind was ‘Aswini Bajaj.’ I went to him to talk regarding the course and the content and was again impressed by the way he explained me everything. I had decided that I will be pursuing CFA under the guidance of Aswini Sir. After two or three months I asked him whether he can keep me as his intern and he instantly said Yes. Although I had no knowledge about the work, he still agreed to keep me as his intern. That day I realized that he just does not believe in self development but wants people associated with him to also grow and evolve. Although I made mistake and still do, he never shouts or gets angry. Instead he always helps me and others to learn new things and helps us in solving the issues. He believes in “Don’t find a fault, find a remedy.” I still have a lot to learn from him but whatever he has taught me is a life lesson for me. He has not just given me educational guidance but also how to see life and how to be happy. He has taught me that you don’t need anybody to be happy. Happiness lies within you. There are a very few people whom I respect from my heart. Aswini Sir is one of them. I hope he achieves whatever he wants and I am sure his hard work and determination will help him do it.
